This shit for brains asshole in a dark blue PT Cruiser, NM License # HNF486 came up behind me on Tramway, and passed me as soon as he could, even though it was not possible to see around the upcoming turn, then proceeded to drive at probably 70+ MPH in a 50 zone all the way down the mountain, tailgating and passing everyone else, even a column of four cars. What is the damn hurry, dickhead? Late for your latte?

I'm no fan of a cruiser, but the yellow line indicates that passing is ok where you took that photo
I understand what you are saying but I'm not pointing out that he's illegally passing. He is speeding (about 20 over) and driving like an ass, and he does it on a daily basis (or at least every time I've seen him).
He's probably texting and hasn't even noticed that there's anyone else on the road. My sympathies.
